Application license

Cuearo uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The agreement governs your license to use the app when obtained through the App Store.

Availability

Cuearo is in development. This website describes the current app and planned release. It is not an offer to download an app that has not yet been released. Supported features and purchase options are shown in the app and its App Store listing when available.

Free and Pro

The free version includes three scripts, unlimited reading and rehearsal, and repeatable video and audio takes up to 30 seconds without a watermark. Pro adds recording beyond 30 seconds, an unlimited script library, saved presets, and supported voice following and captions.

Monthly and yearly Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase without automatic renewal. The App Store purchase sheet displays the applicable price, currency and terms before you confirm.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Cuearo does not cancel a subscription.

Restore and refunds

Use Restore Purchases in Cuearo with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. An eligible active subscription or Lifetime purchase can be restored through Apple.

For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service (opens in a new tab). Eligibility and processing are determined by Apple under applicable terms and law.

Your content and backups

You are responsible for the scripts and recordings you create or import, including any required permissions to record people or use their content. Export important scripts and recordings to keep independent copies. Automatic cross-device library sync is not included.

Voice features

Voice following and captions require supported on-device speech recognition for your device and language. Recognition may be unavailable or inaccurate. Review generated captions before publishing. Automatic and manual reading are available when voice following is unavailable.
